30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@motherbless.com to initiate your return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@motherbless.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
⚠️ Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the product you want.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
